- LDC had a small and streamlined structure with 54 staff who were mostly livestock officers (stockman) and abattoir workers (slaughtermen).

- Note that the Administration operations is not functioned as expected from a cooperate company.
- The DAL Minister as the State sole owner of the Company appointed the LDC Board and it was Gazetted No. G703 on the 22nd October 2020.
